DERIVATIVE IDEA (Holding period 1-5 days)

• ABAN( FUT – Rs.1632) : The stock has given a strong breakout and is headed for higher levels. Buying is advised above Rs.1640 for a target of Rs.1668 and Rs.1689. Higher target of Rs.1718-1732 is also possible. Stop Loss of Rs.1599 should be kept.

• HDIL ( FUT – Rs.332) : The chart structure looks interesting and we suggest buying above Rs.330 for a target of Rs.342 and Rs.356. Higher target of Rs.368 and Rs.385-388 is also possible. Stop Loss of Rs.317 should be kept.

• SIEMENS ( CASH – Rs.559.10) : The stock looks extremely attractive and should be bought once the price breaches the level of Rs.565. The target of the stock works out to Rs.578 and Rs.588. Higher target of Rs.595- 600 is also possible but this target may take around 15 trading sessions to achieve. Stop Loss of Rs.544 should be kept.
