Corporate Highlights

  • HDIL to launch commercial project in Kochi; expects revenue of Rs 2,500 Cr in 4 years; Kochi Project is spread across 80 acres area
  • PM forms a 4-member panel to solve RIL-RNRL gas dispute; panel to include Oil Minister, Law Minister, FM & Power Minister; mandate is to resolve RIL-RNRL gas dispute at the earliest; 1st meeting of panel to be held in one wk: Oil Min
  • Indraprastha Gas is going to sign GSPA with RIL for KG basin gas. The company is signing GSPA for the supply of 0.308 m standard cubic meters/day. IGL is the first city gas distribution company to sign the agreement. It is a sole supplier of CNG & piped gas in Delhi.
  • Tata Steel is in talks to buy stake in South Africa Iron Ore Mine; to buy 30% stake in Vietnam Iron Ore Mine; steel prices have bottomed out; exploring mineral projects in Brazil, Australia
  • Great Eastern Energy to dilute 10% stake in IPO, will hit market before year-end; to raise Rs 300-400 Cr via IPO
  • Pratibha Industries secures contract worth Rs 523.40 Cr
